We hope you are happy with your Joseph Turner order, but if not don't worry.
All the information you need about our returns policy and how to return your items is detailed below.
What is your returns policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with any item from Joseph Turner, you have 90 days to return your items (7 days for clearance items) using our FREEPOST service and we will be happy to exchange the item or provide you with a full refund.
Please note, we cannot exchange or refund shirts that have had any sleeve shortening services or pockets added. Neither can we exchange or refund clothes or footwear that have been washed or worn (except for the purpose of being tried on for size) unless they are inherently faulty.
If you are returning goods that you bought using a discount or offer and the return causes you to fall below the offer threshold, then we will adjust the refund accordingly.
What is your returns policy for clearance items?
Unfortunately, our 90 day returns period does not apply to any items purchased from our clearance department. Clearance items must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving your order if you require an exchange or refund.
How do I return my order?
1) Fill in the returns form that is included in the parcel we sent you.
2) Attach the self-adhesive freepost returns label (supplied with your order) to your parcel.
3) Take your parcel to the Post Office and ask for a free proof of postage certificate as we won’t be liable for any products lost in the post. Alternatively, you can arrange a collection with Royal Mail from your home address. Visit www.royalmail.com/collection
Please note, we cannot refund any postage charges you may have paid to have your item delivered.
If you have lost your return form, you must enclose a covering letter with the goods you wish to return. This is so we can locate you order and process your return. Include your name, address, postcode, order number, phone number, details of what you are returning and why, let us know if you want a refund or exchange (if you want to exchange your items include the product code, product description, colour, size).
